What we store
When you run a draw we store the participant names, the resulting matches, the event details you enter (name, budget, date, notes) and any optional email addresses. This is the minimum needed for private links to work.
How long we keep it
Every draw is deleted automatically 30 days after it is created. After that, its links stop working and the data cannot be recovered.
Private links
Each participant link contains a long random code generated with a cryptographic random number generator. The code is placed after the # in the address, so it is not sent to servers in ordinary page requests or referrer headers.
Email delivery is not currently active. If it is enabled in the future, emails will only be sent after the organizer explicitly confirms, and addresses will be used solely to deliver that drawâs links.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use accounts, advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We may add privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand page visits; this policy will be updated if so.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflareâs network, which processes requests in order to deliver the service.
